return and replacement

We accept returns for replacement within 7 days of order receipt. To schedule a return for replacement, please reach out to our friendly Customer Support Team to create a return.

Once you have chosen the items to be returned and completed the process, we will schedule a reverse pick up. Please hand-over the returnable product/s in the original packaging (including the box). We will send replacement/s once we have received the returned piece/s in our office in good condition.

We will issue refund to your original payment method (if your order is Prepaid) or by Google Pay (if your order is COD), once we have received the returned piece/s in our office in good condition.

We accept returns under Warranty within 1 year of order receipt. Please refer to our ‘warranty’ page for Terms & Conditions. To schedule a return under warranty, please reach out to our friendly Customer Support Team to create a return.

Once you have chosen the items to be returned under warranty and completed the process, we will approve the return under warranty. Once approved, we schedule a reverse pick up. Please hand-over the returnable product/s in the original packaging (including the box). We will issue refund to your original payment method (if your order is Prepaid) or by Google Pay (if your order is COD), once we have received the returned piece/s in our office.
